In
2009, Michelle graduated from the Zicklin School of Business iCoachNY
Executive Coaching Program at the City University of New York. Michelle
earned her MBA in Human Resources Management and HR Systems from
the University of Albany.
Michelle's
passions include helping people develop their leadership abilities,
process improvement, talent management and developing the HR function.
She is committed to helping organizations get the best possible
return on investment in their workforce by lowering turnover, making
the recruiting process more efficient, developing effective leaders
and implementing competitive pay practices.

Life
Michelle
Tenzyk is just as committed to having a meaningful life as she is
to creating a meaningful career. "To me, work/life balance
isn't just the latest HR fad. The more well-rounded the employee,
the more productive and happier they tend to be. That's certainly
true for me. And again, that shows up on a company's bottom line."

Community
involvement is dear to Michelle's heart. Michelle is a member of
both the NY Human Resources Planning Society and HR/NY as well as
serving as a mentor through the Society of Human Resources Management
Organization. Michelle is on the board of People Helping People
bringing education and medical attention near Otavalo, Ecuador.
She is also on the Speaker’s Bureau for the Alzheimer’s
Association of New York City.
As often as she can,
Michelle enjoys playing USTA League tennis (both singles and doubles).
Her favorite winter sport is downhill skiing. Michelle earned her
BS in Music Education/Piano from the College of St. Rose. She resides
in Manhattan. |
